SPRING LEAGUE
A unique league to help develop players skills and implementing them in competitive pick up games.
Our goal is to support the girls basketball community. Local Teams are welcome and have joined us in the past.
What We Offer
he Upstate Falcons Girls’ basketball is excited to offer a Spring League in the Spring of 2026. This is an off-season league to help girls’ basketball continue development and get competition in the off-season. This is available to girls that are homeschooled or traditionally schooled.
What the athlete will receive:
Strength/Conditioning and Agility Training
Skill Work for Game Play
Each athlete will receive a Spring League t-shirt.
We will have 1 workout on Mondays, and then on Thursdays we will run pick up games.
We plan on having two workout groups. The coaches may adjust the players in the workout group based on skill. Please only register if you are available for both workout times. Spots are available on a first come first serve basis. If you are unsure, please contact Coach Lindsey.

Our Process
1
Strength & Conditioning Tools
Athleticism, gives the player an edge. We will show the campers, simple strength and conditioning drills to make them strong and faster on the court.
2
Fundamental Foundation
Assess and ensure the campers have the fundamental tools for the game. Fundamentals are about technique and repetition. We will provide an overview of shooting techniques and ball handling that they can work on at home.
3
Push the Player
This is an opportunity to work on skills that most players are not comfortable using in a game and Spring League is a perfect time to work on those more intermediate and advanced moves and game scenarios.
4
Play with Purpose
The pick up games are intentional. Coaches observe and create game scenarios that require the players to implement in the game.
